I have battled with weight issues for years. I have had knee surgery, a spinal fusion, and most recently a torn bicep so exercising can be somewhat challenging and being in my forties makes it more difficult to drop the extra pounds. So this year, being the heaviest i have ever been we decided to try boot camp. My wife found a living social/groupon offer for 6 weeks of boot camp so we decided to give it a shot. It was time to make a change. We started on January 6th and we liked it. We go 4 times per week. The instructors, Priscilla, Hope, and Andrea are all great and create a fun atmosphere. They also have modified exercises for beginners or people anyone with limitations. Then we went to a challenge party and decided to accept the challenge and i ordered a Fuel Kit. I love the vi-crunch cereal and there are so many things you can do with the shakes you can always find something that tastes great. I set my goal to lose 30 lbs in 90 days. I needed to lose more but had to set something reasonable or i would be setting myself up for failure and quit. But it has worked great! i have never had these types of results with any other program. I hit my goal only 63 days into my 90 day challenge. I am currently 34 lbs down with a few weeks left. I am averaging almost 3 lb loses per week. Seeing results like this motivates you to keep going so my wife and I have now signed up for a year with 30 minute fitness. Now, I am setting new goals that i never thought would be possible and now seem reachable. Thank you to everyone at 30 Minute Fitness in Milford!!!

I have been watching what I eat and going to 30MinFitness for almost 3 months now and I have lost over 40 lbs! Priscilla does a fantastic job keeping me informed and motivated. You quickly break a sweat but the classes are fun and I notice the routine changes so I'm never bored.

I contacted Priscilla when I realized I didn't have the drive to get myself back into shape.  Priscilla was able to create a routine that fit my specific needs and that was able to keep my motivated.  She also changed it up for me when she realized I was able to push myself further.  I was able to tone my body in all the right areas.  She keeps me on track with emails and text messaging me.  I honestly do not know what I would have done if it were not for Priscilla

I totally enjoy going to 30 minute fitness. The work out is focused on different body parts and the trainers are able to adapt them to individual needs. The good part is that they are always changing the routine so it never gets boring . I always say I can do anything for 30 seconds. In fact when I started at total body fitness I could only do 5 guy push ups. Now I can do them for the full 30 seconds. 
Pricilla also teaches a class on suspension ropes that is a totally exhausting core work out. 


You really can't beat the price either . Highly recommend trying .
